IGS Golf Day – Thursday 18th September 2014, Venue: Carden Park Golf Club – Chester, Course: Nicklaus Course Par 72

The IGS Golf Day 2014 was held at the Carden Park Golf Course nr Chester, there were 8 teams of 4 and 1 team of  2 that participated and all enjoyed the challenging Nicklaus 18 hole course, the weather was very good and the course was in ‘tip top’ condition.

The winners of the IGS Competition : Team 1 Tensar which included Jonathan Cook, Drew McCartney, Graham Bell  (fourth member John Cartwright not pictured), receive their trophy from the IGS  Corporate sponsors committee member Andy Cracknell.

Golf DayGolf Day 2

The Individual winner was Nick Smith who played in the Naue Geosynthetics team, Nick who works as the Waterproofing specialist for SIG-CA  scored 36 points, is pictured receiving his prize by Andy Cracknell. The nearest the pin was won by Scott Harvey of Tencate and the longest drive was won by Jacob Barrick also from team Tencate.

The 2015 annual IGS Golf Day will be arranged early next year and notification will be given to all corporate sponsors
